If I recall correctly, I used an application called iShowU HD for this one. It's for Mac. You may have to use a "software audio cable" i.e. virtual inter-application sound i/o thing like Cycling 74's Soundflower. In this video, I didn't properly adjust for audio latency, so the audio and video are slightly out of sync. If you're on Windows, there's a free screen recording program called CamStudio, which may or may not work for you.
How did you record the video and the sound? I want to upload a vid of my compositions but I can only get the video. The audio never records. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
