This is a cover. To music noobs, that means that unless he were to claim that the WRITING of the music in the track were his original work, and tried to SELL it as such - he is not "stealing". I know a lot of people are ignorant enough not to know the differences, and apparently some of them felt the need to post about their own lack of knowledge here on this channel.
