Interview itself was fine.
Interviewer was polite but wanted to go over specific points.
The camera needed to be a little steadier, maybe set up on a tripod so the image did not fuzz in and out.
Less background behind Brad would have been better.
Maybe an additional interview with a staff member and/or user would have been nice.

Sorry to hear that you hate me! Can you tell me why? Bad accent? Too much interruptions (dutch have a reputations to be direct!).
I made this video because I think Brad is a great guy nd the product is very usefull and I wanted to share it with you but if i irritate you that's bad.
