Lift wasn't there xD They probably still had to program it in. Also, I loved how these portals looked, so much more beautiful. And TAKE NOTE that they were using a GUY player model!

Well, the Orange box seems to have graphical improvements at the xbox360 and ps3. I'm not saying it looks better on them, but that they don't look worse ;)

You'll probably have a directx 8 card (9 looks good). If you have directx 9, the portals still look less nice then these in this movie. They removed the 3d portals... I don't know why :(

Valve worked together with the guys that made Narbacular Drop - Google it. Same concept, but Source is a great engine which certainly adds to the experience! Can't wait.

Cool. Though I followed GDC I didn't see any mention of Portal, and just tonight thought to look it up. New demos always make me happy :)

One note, though: your video description says it's due for release during the first half of 2007, but at the end of the video he states Fall 2007.

uhh... no dude.. it's included with team fortress 2 and hl2: episode 2 in the black box for the pc.. for the 360 and ps3, it's part of an orange box that contains half-life 2, episode 1, episode 2, team fortress, and portal... and they are regular priced games too =D.. i would say the best bargain of the year definitely..

This is actually one of the games that comes with the new Half Life. Included also is Team Fortress 2 which is a class based online multiplayer FPS, Half Life Episode 1&2 and I believe the original Half Life! All in one package for a standard next gen price of a game! pretty unreal bundle in my opinion.
