Well, you can listen to the MIDI versions, I'm pretty sure those are pre-compressed in the .exe file.

Go to options, and look for something involving MIDI. It doesn't sound as good as the original music, but it has the same beat, rythm, and similar instruments.

@Superstar457 In Touhou doujins, there's a lot of inconsistency about Sakuya's breast size. Sometimes they appear large, sometimes they're flat. So the joke is that she pads her breasts.

@Superstar457 Take a look at Sakuya's artwork for Touhou 7.5 and then look at the artwork from TH6 and TH7. Notice the sudden increase in breast size compared to the ZUN art? One way fans interpret this is that she pads her bra and is very secretive about it, thus leading to people getting knifed if they mention it. Lucky for me I practiced enough danmaku to dodge them this time.
