The boy is excellent and is by no means finished. He has a career ahead. Emma is a musician too, and I believe deserved her win tonight, but there was a wealth of talent on these shows. Puts the likes of the XFactor to shame for putting out manufactured "music".

I'm not very impressed. The beat was samey, the actual music was pretty dull and didn't do much. I quite like the idea of distorting a violin, but, since it was plucked it's not really any different to a guitar. If he had done interesting, more complex harmonies and melodies and actually bowed more, this could have been fantastic.

@Deathder In fairness that video is dated 28th of Feb, so they have been doing it around the same time, both are very good though and Daithi is still amazing even if the other guy is probably more excessable because he uses vocals/guitar, ie more main stream instruments.
