Weren't Diego, Bernardo, and Don Alejandro all untied a minute ago? Did they all tie themselves back up in a way they can easily get out of if an opportunity presents itself later on?
@gothamcity29 Yeah, but it seems that here Don Alejandro is still wavering. He seems genuinely surprised and happy that Diego went for the rescue. It seems for a while he doubted Diego's courage. Would he have doubted Zorro's?
@Torie3593 My opinion is that Don Alejandro has had strong suspicions that Diego is Zorro since episode 7 - when Zorro rescued him - but no proof for that suspicion. I think that Don Alejandro thought Diego was Zorro, but the apparent cowardice cast doubt on that - until the end of the episode. Note how happy Don Alejandro is. This is the last episode where Don Alejandro could have any indication about his son's alter-ego. In Season 2, he says he's known Diego is Zorro 'for a very long time'.
Greco- My great Uncle(Mike Romano)stage name-Jay Novello-He loved playing scoundrels and bad guys. I never get tired of watching him. Check him out in the Elvis movie-Harum Scarum....

Where was he gonna go after selling California to Russia? And what about all the other forts, obviously his men didn't take all of them.

Poor Diego, having to pretend to be a coward in front of his father >.<
If only he knew

@SilverVelvet
He does know. Alejandro tells his son during that fake kidnapping he's known for a long time.

@IheartZorro No. I don't think he'd doubt Zorro's. He just doesn't know that Diego is Zorro right now.

It's nice to see him fighting as Diego. Ever notice how there is far more hand-to-hand fighting in Eagle Storyline than the Monastario Storyline?

So happy to see this! I dressed up as Zorro for Halloween as a little kid- in spite of being a girl. :)

I love how diego hits the gun at 4:06 downwards, yet the gun (aimed down) suddenly goes to the left and misses the initial target XD

Diego was such a coward. Couldn't stand to be in the jail any longer. What a wimp.

Varga is the best villan in Zorro I think. How he shot Kolinko in cold blood. The Eagle's Flight is the best episode!
