Cage and Sonya are CONFIRMED alive if you beat Story Mode (along with Raiden, Shinnok & Quan Chi). They can easily repair Sub-Zero & Cyrax (reprogram him as well). Smoke, Jax, Jade and Kitana are DEFINATELY dead. Kabal might be alive, the wound on his chest doesn't look that bad. I think Stryker is dead, his nose was beaten in, but he might have survived that. It just sucks that they're SO dedicated to kill Jade and NOT let Smoke be around. Two of their better characters
