Sounded gr8 to me, some of you don't know good singing when you hear it, lol....Some people have a coarseness in their voices at particular stages. He wasn't hoarse, that his voice. Anointed. Dorothy Norwood, Albertina Walker, and Duranice Pace are just a few singers who come to mind that have that coarse sound.

You know, it is so easy for us to make negative comments about someone....especially when we have no idea what the Lord has done in their lives and "the reason why they sing" like they do. This man has brought mighty deliverance through the anointing on his life. If we spend more time looking at our own reflection, truly we won't have time to look at what we see as "flaws" but the Lord sees as "worship."

He didn't sound hoarse to me. He was just singing in a feigned/hushed voice (voce finta) at the beginning of the song. He didn't sound like he was having trouble with the song until he started "screaming," which even anointed singers can be guilty of at times.
