@jeffmyo beautiful video! is there any sources or something with a little less "artistic" editing? the cut seems like a funny blend (like "take some music, some movie clips, some stills and some voice over and mix them together ... whatever).
I must disagree with her theory on Fibromyalsia. I believe that FM is caused by a persons lack of exercise therefore limiting their ROM, & constricting the myofascial release. I believe that if the fascia is not stretched or stimulated to move above the normal daily living thresholds that it is constricted thereby causing muscle stiffness. Which is what we see in FM & geriatric patients. I'm sure proper nutrition plays a role in this as we consider the hydration mechanisms of the system as well.
Physicists have tried to find separate particles at the lowest layers of reality, only to find again and again (Large Hadron Collider) that "ropes" of intertwined tension and torsion underlie everything as the fundamental "particle"; not gazillions of ropes, but one single rope that connects everything. Where a rope touches itself, an atom forms. Where atoms touch, molecules and so on. One single rope for all that you see here in the skin, on Earth or to the farthest planet anywhere.
A little running (text) commentary on what we are actually looking at would be nice. Reminiscent of Buckminster Fuller's geodesic dome structures, fractal geometry. Lots of interesting Biophysical material here, assuming Dr Jean is from France. Great work, the human body is a magnificent machine... Cheers from bb in Cgy, Ab.

Amazing thing the human body,
Apparently the fascia can be utilised to cure muscle cramps/strains and increase the speed the body heals injuries.
