I would have thought anything under 17 would have ment a hit. especialy when the dealer is showing a 14 to your 13. If you were playing this table solo would the strat change? if noone was at 2nd and 3rd base, and you had that 13.

@ordiinari3 because the dealer exceeded the number 21 and all 3 players won over the dealer. If the player at 13 would of asked a hit, he would of exceeded and lost!

@ordiinari3 because the dealer busted. when everyone on the table stays then the dealer deals out there cards. the dealer has to keep giving themselves cards and has to stay on 17 or over.
