That is at beach day, it was just after Pam did the fire walk and decided to open up to everyone (Jim). It was the penultimate episode to season 3, the final episode was the interview for the corporate job when Jim and Pam agreed to go on a date.

This was brilliant! The timing is soooo good, what with the hug... and the get down on one knee (ring pops up)... all really well done! Song's great for them, though it's hard to tell if it would be Pam or Jim's point of view. I guess it's both! Eeee... So good. I'm just dying to know though -- what episode is 1:48 from?
