This is a pretty interesting concept. I wasn't aware that you could opt out of citizenship or of the influence of the State arms and mechanisms. I'd like to know more. Just playing devils advocate for a second, if you got sick, would you go to a state hospital? If you work for yourself and don't pay taxes or whatever, how do you get around paying the VAT for the things you need? Hefty sum to fork out every time? Fair play to you for choosing this way of life. Respect for your courage.

I informed the authorities on my intention to exist freely from Government control.

One Minister who i wrote too, Sent the Garda out to me twice,(above been the second time/day in a row) they came out.

This was about my Automobile , And me refusing to be under a Licence and to pay tax for traveling in my Automobile.
