@aymanelias It is mirrored. You're looking from the other side of the "mirror" at the actual sign. Remember there is no reflection. If you're looking at the ladies face your on the other side of the mirror.

@aymanelias It's a camera trick. There are two cameras capturing the action, from opposite angles. One behind the small mirror over the victim's head (which will be seeing the fake twin through the fake sink mirror-and will also catch the properly reversed duplicate sign-see at 1:11) and one in the fake twin's room in order to see the victim's facial expressions-which will also see through the fake sink mirror from its direction, and thus capture the sign facing the right way.
