  • Bravo...well done...this must be the easiest thing to pick ever! All I can get here in our small town is Portabella and Button mushrooms. I wish you would start a larger facility state side...maybe in Florida? I want to try some different mushrooms.

  • Fine example for productionof Pleurotus sp. ( and more species) in sugar producing countries in the tropics. Creates jobs, produces food and takes care of the bagasse, you do not need. Excellent !!
