Great card! Still running strong after 2 years! Only problem I've had was the factory cooling fan started making noise. THE FACTORY COOLER ASSEMBLY IS TOTAL GARBAGE! It used to run at 68C at idle and 82C during gaming. That was until I replace it with an Accelero L2 Pro by Arctic Cooling. Now it runs around 47C at idle and around 67C during gaming. NO JOKE! Just wondering what is the new version of this card?

DUDE! i justt bought a PNY geforce 210 1024mb but when i try to install it on the PNY CD it says currently installed software geforce 7100/nforce 630i but ive diabled it (on board graphic card) I WANNA PLAY GAMES! WHATS WRONG WITH IT.

Mine does 106C at maximum load, even with Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste. Cheap cooler and it's a single slot solution card. It's the loudest thing in my PC right now when gaming. But it does perform very well and scores a 6.9 in Windows 7 for both Aero and Gaming performance.

This is a great card, just that for some reason mine starts out with a loud RVOOM when I turn on my PC. But the rev stops about 3 seconds later. The card does get pretty hot too though. It gets 72C on idle and 90C on load.. making this the hottest thing in my chassis at this moment. Great card BTW, if only I get a new motherboard than that will stop my CPU from bottlenecking up my games.

I just ordered 3 things from newegg. 9800gtx+, 750W corsair non-modular PSu, and a 24" 2MS 1080p HD LCD for around $400 all together. Can't wait to get home from the arctic circle and plug all dem shits in! Upgrading my 7950gt to the 9800gtx+, hopefully my new setup will blow my old one away!...

Disable VGA in device manager, uninstall drivers. Shut down, install card. You might have to go into bios to disable the onboard VGA, if you have to do that then do that and boot up. Then install drivers.

That's a fool proof method for doing it, and most newer BIOSes will disable it automatically when a card is placed in the PCIe slot. But go into bios and make sure

But something I wonder of, When you uninstall the drivers for my graffic card, And disable VGA in device manager, well Will the screen and everything just turn black? And then shut down the computer, innstall the card in the PCIe(2.0) And then will the screen work, so I can juse Bios?

Cuz dosen't the drivers have to be installed before ENYTHING can work?

The card still works even if you disable it and uninstall drivers in windows. Actually this is what you should do. Before installing the new card, just to be safe. Check your bios before installing. That's the best way.

I got onboard i just disabled the drivers for the onboard and put my card in and installed drivers and its working. (im on about the 8400.)

Oh yea. It ran it just fine. I ran Crysis on Medium with some settings on high at 1680x1050 and it went lag free. You should invest in this card, it's the most bang for the buck that you can get.

Oh it's orgasmic. It's working better than I thought it would. I was able to run Crysis on Medium at 1680x1050 with an average FPS of 40-50. So happy ^^!
