1.get 150 stars

2. go to the roof of the castle with luigi.

3.grab the power flower.

4.grab the rabitt and then switch to yoshi and find the 8 glowing rabitts

5.catch the last rabitt as luigi

6.find the secret course and fight (or race) the rabitt king

7.grab the waluigi key and go to the mirror room as luigi and enter the white mirrored door.

8.open the purple door and... Bam! you got Walugi!!

this theory is little off, but close, the real theory is 1. have 150 stars and 2401 coins in total in records 2. all must be capless. 3. head to the back garden, the pedistal changes to a ! block. 4. hit it duh! 5. use the purple cap, 6. head to the room where you unlock wario and take a power flower. 7 shoot to the peach picture. says need 151 stars. 8. grab another flower and head to the back garden grab the "new" star 9, shoot to peaches portrait again, apear on ledge. good luck!

I've heard a simaller theroy about the painting of Peach and a secert stage. The theroy was you activeate the AR code Moon jump. then you take each chararter(or one of them, I forgot) an while your jumping towards the picture you hit a certin button combination and you will go into the painting.

Ok folks, a response to all the fakers. The 2d black box is real!!!!! All you need to do is get the cannon and shoot it at the top of the castle to get your wing cap. Then youre going to have to break the box many times cause it takes time to break it. Plus I am not faking!!!

Ok Using a model extractor(made by me) I have seen every model in this game, and there is not model for waluigi so waluigi is not in the game. Also I have examined the block box theory and found out that its just a part of the UI that was not remvoed from the final version of the game.
