@adzysmeg Does your torrent have any "seeds"? Thats a person with 100% of the file. A "peer" is someone with less than 100%. So if you are connected to only 1 peer that has 6.7% of the file, that's all you are going to get. Keep in mind seeds and peers go on and offline all the time. Try a different torrent, preferably one of the same thing, there are often many torrents of the same content.

Also Don't download much shit from utorrent because you could get fined load of money.

I'd recommend using ProXPN Proxy to do it because it's better without using another VPN Service on your own desktop, It'll make it slower using on computer private connection, Use ProXPN Better.

2 Download a shit-load of movies, games and music, because they're not gonna go after sombody who downloaded one movie or two once

But do be carful, always read comments, compare sizes with similar torrents and watch out for (+/-) next to the info!
