Varlamov is not starting in the playoffs because he just recovered from an injury. When he's healthy, Varlamov is better the Neuvirth, but he far too injury prone to be a #1 goalie. Since the Caps also have Holtby, I'm pretty sure that they'll trade Varlamov in the offseason.

This was one of the best playoff series I've ever witnessed. This save, Ovi and Sid dueling hat tricks, 3 OT's, Fleury's big save on Ovi in game 7. Most games were 1 goal games. Phenomenal, I would pay top dollar to see these two teams play again.
