I'm afraid that most people want to auidt the Fed simply because there are many banks and corporations who would LOVE to see exactly what they're doing and with who.
I do agree with BayAreaLen to an extent though, I guarantee the Fed is quickly getting rid of everything they don't want us to see.

Yet since 1913 fiat Fed NOTES have lost 94% of their purchasing power via inflation.
The Fed gives us depressions, bubbles and debt instead of stability!
