@velociraptorpckleadr No from what I've seen upto now no real dead bodies were used in this movie. I used to be a nurse and in the uk you are obliged as part of your training to "sit in" on post mortems I'venever seen a corpse looking like these a dead person has a very waxy yellow colour not grey and formaldahyde make the skin look more waxy whitch is what they prepare dissection corpses with othe wise they would decompose within days.
