I keep running into one problem, i doon't know what you do, but my Eidolon always seems to stagger the adamantortoise before it goes away, which leaves me less time to attack it with all three people,

i have a question, not 100% related to trhe mission. can we get any trape's by killing the turtle like you do in this mission? cuz ive been farming them for a looong time and they simply dont drop... i guessing my luck is just awfull. great vids btw, thanks

@BIackKnight I heard that if you equip both Collector's catalog * and Connoisseur catalog *, plus you defeated toises without summoning, you can earn traps this way fster. I already have 4 traps in 2 hours.

Hi how do you trigger mission 63 I have done all the missions other then 63 and 64 and when I go to the spot the stone is not there

why exactly is it adamantortoise? shouldn't it have been adamantoise? I mean, in the next mission you have to beat Vercingetorix, and he's considerably harder to beat then adamantoise.(considering that Vercingetorix is one of two superbosses)

a good tip for this one if u have resonably high lvls u can summon to take him down but use fangs summon if u are a good sab with her make it alot easy because u can stagger this foe with the summon using sab constantly or rav after u cast all the debuffs on it then just before ur points run out on ur summon go into gesalt mode and just press Y for the xbox and what eva for the ps3 ull do about 800,000 damdge normaly because u can stagger it easly again after the summon dissappears alot faster

@Chocolateshame That is very true. I was thinking of the same thing. I don't like wasting a Gestalt mode and without his legs the admantortoise is useless.

I completed this one so easy. Had Fang, Lightning, Hope for my party. Equip Fang and Light with "Random: Instant Chain" ability. Quick Stagger definitely helps Since you can cast Highwind with Fang once the chain gauge reaches 999 and the tortoise won't get up, giving you another chance to stagger or you can pummel it down until stagger is almost depleted then use Highwind.

My default paradigm was SAB/RAV/RAV

this one is ez. you dun even need death. i find it FUN to use army of one to max out the chain meter to 999. hahaha

ok there's a waaay easier way to kill this guy just use fang, use her summon, then go saboteur on that bitch, it WILL stagger then use fang's vehicle (last hit does over 500k for me now) then use a com/rav/rav to get him staggered again, i don't need to do anymore but you might wanna switch to com/com/com

okay trust me, just debuff him while he is down (Make sure to slow him, because ti takes him longer to get up). Then have him staggered and Com/Rav/Rav him. works every time. Don't bother with summons.

omg when i tried to kill it your way. i cant kill it before it gets up. my str is higher than yours on lightning. but idk why i cant kill it....and when i tried to spam death on it, at the start of battle it uses ultima every time and kills me before i can use death -.-

Adamantortoise doesn't cast Ultima, Long Gui does :P

@1k2m3s Im having the same problem. My chars are for the most part maxed out all the way in all classes and theres always that tad bit of life left and he gets up and wreaks havic on us all.

@bigpoppa611 i found out about this. after u beat the game the giant turtles are long gul not adamantoise. the long gul uses the ultima attacks and are way stronger than adamantoise. so i stopped grinding for money in this game and quit xD. theres no use anymore.
