appart from the Nu class attacks huttle is more of a well shuttle whilst the latetr inperial shuttle is more of a drop ship imo

Well the Imperial Shuttle was more for the Emperor's travelings so you are correct. The Nu-class attack Shuttle was made for carrying both Jedi and Clones to the battlefront.
