Where there's one arrowhead there's likely more. If it's not broken and it's nicely made and in good shape, it's worth something. Some styles are worth a lot more than others, I might be able to ID it if you got a video or picture.
Many people start by chipping on razor sharp glass if good stone is hard to get.
I'm not a good teacher, and there are already plenty of great videos here on youtube about how to get into flintknapping. One of the best ways to learn is to watch people do it in person so I recommend going to a "knap-in" which are flint knapping shows that are held all around the country. Knap-ins are a great place to meet flintknappers and buy finished arrowheads, raw stone, and tools. Good luck!
I first started making these because I didn't have any good stone, just small flakes. Took me months to figure out how to do this in miniature and now people around the whole world know about them thanks to the Smithsonian and Craftsmanship museums. I've sold these for up to $60 each but I wish more people would make tiny points like these because there's a lot of beautiful flakes out there being wasted and I think size is overrated.

@WeaponCollector
Thanks Mike and I can say the same thing to you.
It isn't easy being unique artists like us, it sure takes a lot of work and even pain and that's part of the reason why I stopped making these.
