This would make the Hyper Beam more beleivable, if it could be combined with the Charge Beam and you had an always charged cheat turned on.

@DarkFoxZero77 A much easier method than using this code would be using a turbo contorller, which will work on any system, but not even a turbo controller is this fast.

I am sorry but the ICE BEAM is the best, and you are wrong, the HYPER BEAM is very different from the PHAZON BEAM. VERY, very different.

Hyper: combination of all beam weapons super charged times X amount of power resulting in spectral wave length shifting (thus the rainbow colors)

Phazon: a highly concentrated beam of raw phazon or processed phazon.

The phazon beam would never come close to the hyper beam. BUT the ice beam is always better.

PD: Ice beam is Cool with the plasma combined without it is kind of lame!! but is really cool in the prime :P

Rude is quite the point though good sir. I don't think anyone on the internet deserves any kind of tolerance at all, so I tell people the things I feel rather than lie.

As for the code, just keep trying the copypasta method with different emulators (snes9x is the best) and if that doesn't work then you've just got a bad code perhaps.
