  • does it not show that they have an agenda? Likewise Sunni countries standing with Bahrain so that it remains a Sunni state. Like I said ,ideally I would love peace but; its just not going to happen. Thoughts?

  • @aboutblank99

    Atleast you're being honest.

I think the Muslim's are too caught up in a jahil tribal mentality, "My tribe right or wrong".

When it is clear in the Quran that we are ordered to do the following:

"O ye who believe! stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even as against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor: for Allah can best protect both. Follow not the lusts (of your hearts)" 4:135

  • @aboutblank99

The only agenda we should have is the truth. Forget about all of the people around you who are taking sides, and supporting injustice in one place, whilst denouncing injustice elsewhere.

We always criticise the American government for being hypocritical when it comes to Israel, so why do we do the same?

  • Wow...two replies without any foul language and are actully great replies. Thanks lol...you don't get that on youtube :p. My criticisim comes because I am Sunni. I know that sounds "bias" but we have to understand that we are both pawns for our leaders. It woul be foolish not to look at history and see that we are at each others troats (on a government level). Ideally we wish for peace but its unfortunate that for 1400 years it has not come. For example there stance on Syria; does it not show t

We as Muslims must strive to speak the truth always. We should no longer be pawns to any group, nor government.

Did you know that the Palestinian leaders (Hamas and PLO) during the height of the Arab Spring, finally put their differences aside and cooperated. After all this time of fighting one another, finally when they felt that their power might be compromised, then it was time to unite. Whereas before they couldn't care less about the people dying.

  • @aboutblank99

Finally, at the time of the Prophet (saw) a hypocrite stole something and framed a Jewish man, when the Prophet (saw) investigated the matter, and rebuked him. He left Islam and joined the Polytheists because of his arrogance, that how could they favour a Jew over him!

In these difficult times what we should do is put politics aside and speak the truth. Even if you see everyone around you doing wrong. It's more important you face Allah on the Day of Judgement with a clean heart.

  • He fufill any promise yet? Where are these rockets? If they wanted to really help they could fund the whole of Gaza but they give just enough to convince Muslims they are fighting for us. They say "companions" as a trick. Only 3 are considered Muslim by them. They let America in Iraq, they let them in Afghanistan (and they are proud of these actions...just google it) Dont think theyre here for our cause.

  • This is because they were the ones who always stood up for justice and the underdogs and the oppressed. If Hussain (as) was alive today he would be siding with the Syrian's who are opposing a bloody tyrant, even if it meant political suicide or a threat to its existence. Principles are principles.

I am Sunni, and I denounce what the Saudi's and Bahraini governments have done to the shia's, and I support their plight.

Likewise Nasrallah and the shia's have to stand with justice in Syria!

  • @aboutblank99

There is something I need to get off my chest. Before you criticise someone, you have to be willing to acknowledge their accomplishments and give credit where it's due. Otherwise your critic is bias and holds no substance.

Regarding Nasrallah, and Hezbollah. Their "True Promise" operation originally called "Freedom for Samir Kuntar" Achieved its objective and they have resisted Israel sincerely for years.

Now regarding their recent stance on Syria, I am starting to dislike them...
