  • bad noiss.. gut song!

  • Sounds a bit muffled.

    Could be the quality.

  • ive seen them live

  • The most unknown band in the world and the very best.

  • amen

  • It just not the same with out lowell

  • Lowell had nothing to do with this song. Indeed this is the very time when the band really was falling to piecies, because Paul Barrere and Bill Bayne had taken Lowell's band over. Sure I miss him and his voice in particular, but his best song-writing days were behind him. Finally, when Craig Fuller joined the band it was just as good if not better than it was when Lowell was still alive and kicking. The Album "Let It Roll" went higher than any other Little Feat Album ever had before in 1988.

  • Craig did sound a lot like Lowell. At that Durham gig I spoke about in the below post, Craig came up and did some Let It Roll tunes with the band. He sounded great. I think his wife is a doctor at Duke so I guess he lives in the area.

  • I didn't know that, but I knew that Craig Fuller was married and that he had said he would not be able to tour as much as Little Feat normally toured because he was married and had kids. When "Ain't Had Enough Fun" came out, without Craig Fuller, I was certainly disappointed that Fuller was not on it, because he in almost irreplacable.

    Thanks for that one ackerlaw2004.

  • I saw Feat at the Warner Theater in DC on Fuller's 1st tour with them. Everyone was blown away by how much he sounded like Lowell. That night when he sang Spanish Moon, it gave me the chills he sounded almost exactly like Lowell does on the Waiting for Columbus version of the song.

  • 400, I totally agree.. Lowell made the band. Yes the most underated for sure. Miss ya Lowell. RIP

  • @400airtractor shut up

  • thank you thank you thank you... one of the most understated under-rated groove masters of all time...

lowell george... we know you are still here...

  • Ritchie was super nice and really down to earth. He seemed genuinely flattered that I liked his music and considered him one of my favorite drummers. Caught the band about a year later in Durham, NC and they opened the show with TLaH. Coincidence? I think not!!

  • Let me be the first to thank you for this - my favorite LF song of all time. Funny story - I met Ritchie Hayward side stage at a ribfest in Raleigh, NC a few years back and asked him if TLaH was in the set. He said "Nahh...but we are going to do Day or Night". I told him how TLaH was my favorite song of all time and how I loved to play my drums along with it. He then answered some technical questions I had about the opening beat...
