I don't get it, shouldn't the Instrumentality attack be a one hit kill, I mean it turns you into tang after all. And it looks like their are enough guys mechs on the field that you could do it without making it impossible to win.

Ideon and Getter are protecting them from the effect, so I assume EVA 1 is going for physical damage. I consider this segement kind of like ganging up on the weak guy, since even though EVA 1 is strong, it's no match for 70% of the robots there

There's too many license problems here. There are like 10 or more mecha anime in a single game that were created by diiferent artists and studios. They won't going to pay that much for a single game.

I don't know why SRW OG for Ps2 hasn't been traslated into english like in GBA's though.
