If it came from kanto (a previous land) wouldn't it have to be level 5 not level 2?

Weezing can be caught in Stark Mountain and Raikou someone else already pointed, Distant Land means it comes from Pokemon XD or Pokemon Colleseum, the fact is I don't know if you can get it shiny so If i prove it isn't hacked the pokemons will go to the other person lol
