    I've been getting into leg raises but it always feels like my breathing tempo is off haflway through the exercise.

  • @jamesod7 Well, I haven't had this question before. I can't say as the legs swing back and forth I inhale or exhale in any particular way. Maybe you are holding your breath a bit? Just concentrate on steady rythmic breathing and as you get stronger you may notice this becomes less of a problem. I hope this was at least slightly helpful and by the way great job on doing them:)

  • again, you make this incredible exercise look effortless...at :59 on the video when you go into alt knee ups you can really see the size of your lats, biceps, and shoulder girdle muscles...NICE!
