You could run a heat exchanger from your pick up's radiator into the pool. Or dump hot coals in the pool after a Barbecue or even get your friends around and urinate in the pool that wills do it for us and make it toasty warm???
What if you threw petrol or Moonshine on the fire, I reckon that would make the pool real sweet, may be even better and hotter than when ya wear ya wet suit in the pool then wee in it. That what I reckon. Tell me if it makes much spence in da mix of being warm in da water?????
if you make a coil pipe and stick it in the fire it may heat up better but uif you say it's working the way you have it then that's cool. an air compressor or leaf blower will stoke the fire good.
I might actually use this idea, rednecks are the real creative Americans.

Just be careful that the pipe you are using in the fire is not galvanized. It will make you ill long term if it doesn't kill you.
