if u ssh roms into ur ipod, go into ifile and make sure the file is in the right place and make sure that you have "read, write and execute" privledges and the group and world have read priviledges. fixed my problems

Hey I think what you have to do if you cannot get the roms to load up IS.. rather than trying to drag it from your winrar/winzip is put the .smc file on your desktop and then drag it.. Thats how i got it to work.. Hope that helps.

Make sure your iPhone and computer are on the same wifi network or this will not work. Secondly is that you need OpenSSH installed on your iphone/ipod touch.

They are bookmark blanks you don't see them until you hold down a app and they are there when I delete them they leave but when I go to cydia and download and my phone reboot they come back

I'm not sure why you have 80 of them, the only app i know that puts blank icons on your springboard is iBlank, so if you have that installed then uninstall it. Other than that i don't understand why you have them on your screen. Restore your iphone if its really bugging you.

your phone doesn't need to be connected, you just have to be on the same wifi both on your iPhone and your computer. Make sure you have openSSH installed on your iPhone or it wont work.

Yes, i have the exact same problem. The only solution is to save new, don't worry about the other saved games. You can go into SSH and delete them later.
