When she returned from Paris she recruited Patrick to save Jason's life. And he didn't even deserve it given the horrible way he treated her before she left.
AJ would never had gotten Michael shot or let him go to jail. Michael would've made AJ a better person just because he would want to do right by his son.

Ok, I'm a die hard CarlyFF and I luv Jarly but sometimes they annoy me. And Robin I just purely hate. Now, despite if Robin believed she did the "right thing," despite if she was being AJ's friend by telling him, despite her jealousy of Jarly's weird connection or her Carly hate it boils down for me like this -- she was beyond WRONG. Robin couldn't let go of the fact that carly and jason seemed to have their own special connection that she wasn't apart of; So she told aj that michael was his in an attempt to break jarly up.
She threw michael to the wolves for her own selfish reasons. In that respect shes not fit to wipe carly's shoes.
That basically sums up this whole storyline. Robin lowered herself to carly's level because of her jealousy over Jarly's relationship. IMO, her character has never bounced back from this.
I have to say that I was very disappointed at how the writers wrote this because they made Robin looked vendictive and she's not that type of person where as Carly is. I also was upset at how Sonny turned his back on her. He was friends with her before he was friends with Jason and this whole situation had nothing to do with him so he should've stay out of it. This ho was sleeping with 3 different guys.Everybody knows that Carly was using Jason. If having a hitman for a father is considered stable then I say okay. I look at it like this Robin grew up with Jason & AJ so they were all friends. As a friend I couldn't keep a secrect like that from my friend cuz eventually that lie would eat away at my conscious every time I saw them. Robin let Carly come live in her house after she got out of the loony bin and Carly was very disrespectful to her considering she not only help keep her secrect but she helped raise her son. Robin isn't a good person. She told Aj that he was Michael's father, not out of any sense of guilt for keeping Aj in the dark about his son- but because she feared Carly would use Michael to keep Jason in her life FOREVER. Robin figured outing Michael would remove Carly from Jasons life. Robin was hurt that Jason had in some ways chosen michael and Carly over her. She was jealous and she was wrong in doing what she did. She miscalculated her actions and she lost jason in the end.
Robin is a better person than Carly. At least she can admit when she's wrong and learn from it. Can't say that about Carly. Example when she thought she was recently pregnant.What she do? go straight to Jason and ask him to lie again.She took advantage of Jason and his mental state to do her evil. How exactly is she better? She wouldn't let patrick be in her child's life because he told her he wasn't ready to be a father. For telling the truth Robin punished Patrick - who is a good guy.Carly on the other hand knew that AJ was a screw up and a lier; who would use michael to gain position within the Q family & bizz. Carly did the only responsible thing she could do. she gave michael to jason because she truly (& rightly) believed he would be a good father to her son.
Well with Robin the whole reason why she was pushing Patrick away is because of her whole childhood abandonment issues. Robert basically abandoned her and Noah abandoned Patrick after this mother death. So she was just scared that he would do the same to their child.But unlike Carly she eventually realized that pushing him away was wrong.Carly

This ho was sleeping with 3 different guys.Everybody knows that Carly was using Jason. If she had told AJ in the beginning he was the father he might have turned his life around and been a great dad but Carly's selffish no she instead drugged him. And remember her and AJ were actually starting to like each other when she moved into the Q house but when Sonny came & blackmailed him she left Aj high and dry and he was forced to give up custody of his son. So again I ask who's wrong? Not Robin.

If having a hitman for a father is considered stable then I say okay. I look at it like this Robin grew up with Jason & AJ so they were all friends. As a friend I couldn't keep a secrect like that from my friend cuz eventually that lie would eat away at my conscious every time I saw them. Robin let Carly come live in her house after she got out of the loony bin and Carly was very disrespectful to her considering she not only help keep her secrect but she helped raise her son. Shame on Carly!

Robin isn't a good person. She told Aj that he was Michael's father, not out of any sense of guilt for keeping Aj in the dark about his son- but because she feared Carly would use Michael to keep Jason in her life FOREVER. Robin figured outing Michael would remove Carly from Jasons life. Robin was hurt that Jason had in some ways chosen michael and Carly over her. She was jealous and she was wrong in doing what she did. She miscalculated her actions and she lost jason in the end.

Robin is a better person than Carly. At least she can admit when she's wrong and learn from it. Can't say that about Carly. Example when she thought she was recently pregnant.What she do? go straight to Jason and ask him to lie again.She took advantage of Jason and his mental state to do her evil. She knew Jason would fall in love w/Micheal and he didn't lie. Robin saw that and she tried to break that stronghold that unfortunately Carly still have to this day. BTW I luv debating with you :)

How exactly is she better? She wouldn't let patrick be in her child's life because he told her he wasn't ready to be a father. For telling the truth Robin punished Patrick - who is a good guy.Carly on the other hand knew that AJ was a screw up and a lier; who would use michael to gain position within the Q family & bizz. Carly did the only responsible thing she could do. she gave michael to jason because she truly (& rightly) believed he would be a good father to her son.

Well with Robin the whole reason why she was pushing Patrick away is because of her whole childhood abandonment issues. Robert basically abandoned her and Noah abandoned Patrick after this mother death. So she was just scared that he would do the same to their child.But unlike Carly she eventually realized that pushing him away was wrong.Carly
on the otherhand, did what she did because she wanted Jason. She didn't want to be with AJ or Tony so she went running Jason.

@Ladybug76 I call bull... If you go back to b4 Carly was released, Robin was "selflessly" hoping that Carly would get extra time. When it became obvious that wasn't happening, she "selflessly" suggest Carly should give Jason full custody. Then, the day after she was released she tries to put Carly down for sleeping in. Her first night of freedom & she's being picked at. Robin never gave Carly a chance. Robin was a self-rigteous prig who walked away every time she should have fought.

I agree. I've always hated Carly, but Robin's "I did the right thing" pissed me off. She did it because Jason dumped her, plain and simple. They ruined Robin in 1998--she became so self-righteous.

And he felt betrayed too. And well, any place where bullets go flying and hit showers is not a safe place for Michael or any child to be. I hated that storyline too. I was sick 2 see especially Sonny turn his back on Robin. But it's typical Sonny & Jason: whatever dispicable things they do are fine, and when other people do things THEY deem dispicable they play the hypocrite. But I have to admit I liked that it propelled her OUT of that mob family...I've always hated the way the GH mob women check their brains at the door, & look the other way so they won't have to admit the truth about their criminally-minded men. I digress...

@AppleEarring EXACTLY!!!! GH had started to slip when Sonny married Lily, but you're right, this was the moment that it completely went off the rails!! I know KM was leaving but to have her leave like that & blow up 3 beautiful relationships (R&J/R&S/R&J&S) all for the sake of fucking Carly---who now entered into the big time with Jason & Sonny and ruined GH for me 4 the last 10 years!

Also if Carly had of been honest with AJ and Tony then there would not have been no threat of losing her child the either one of them. Instead she turned them against with her lies and deceptions for her own selfish reasons, wow what a mother she is and then drags poor Jason in this and make enemies of him and his own brother.
