Mark, thanks for sharing this. I love the quote - "You have the obligation to find problems and deal with them before there is harm..." Unfortunately it hasn’t created a culture of engagement, ownership and advocacy (at least in many marketing organizations). Instead, it’s left us cowering to legal departments. That's the challenge. Empowering employees to be real advocates.
