These are probably Andalusians and pretty expensive horses. I mean, a halter broke colt or filly goes for 14,000 and up! I guess the people wanna keep their investments secure. Turn them out in a field and the stallion could get injured, the mare and then you are just out several thousands of dollars.

I sometimes wonder when seeing these videos, how must a Horse feel when they are being held in one place by their owner so the male can then have sex with her. I've seen videos where the owner has just let them do it naturally, and it's a wonderful sight. These, however, are not such a wonderful sight.

@zx5010 Why would a mere animal feel like a human woman when animals think or feel nothing like people? They're animals and in fact the mare urinates when the stallion is near to let him know she's receptive. How is this "Rape" more or less if the owner, who pays for these animals and the stud service, holds her in place to make sure she and the stallion are not harmed? You own a horse and see if you're not holding her still. Maybe she kicks? Maybe there is no other way to let her be mounted.
