lol 1st thing i look 4 if i cant name silver mixers is look at the effects botton djx have a blue where pioneer is the colour u see in this video and if u can afford 2 mk3s and then go buy a djx ur a weirdo lol
he didn't post this video to show of his wonderful mixer.. he posted it for the scratching you shithead, let him use whatever mixer he wants. i use a eurorack ub502 as a dj mixer in some of the biggest clubs around here, you gonna judge me on that???
Nice, the same skill apllies 2 T/Tablz & C.D.J.s but vynl is the way 4 me, I mean these things cant skip so U cant help but be at least average not so easy with vynl. Theres gettin them, diggin 4 hrs, makin sure there not warped, de-warpin, markin, styli adj. n so on. Serato looks nice but I heard Q.Bert sayin he always uses real vynl 2 scratch. Anyone know how the ortofon q.bert compares 2 the sure m44-7 ?
@ihyundai The only diffrence is the size of the platter the CDJs are smaller. The 1000 is about half the size of a vinyl were as the 400s are the size of a cd , it actually sounds exactly the same and reacts exactly the same, only diffrence is the feeling between your finger tips
Well that was part of the problem. I like Electronic/Dance which works better on CDjs for effects and transfers, but at the same time I love scratching and beat joggling. I know scratching is awesome on vinyls, but for what its worth I don't think they are very useful for regular club mixing.
vinyls r good for underground dance songs because a lot of the time you couldn't find them on CD or download but for big commercial songs (e.g. what ya got for me) its pointless (unless you collect classics on vinyl).
Vynils are good because its phonographic which means its genuine contact of music, when you put your hand with heavy weight on the vynil the pitch goes down, when you touch it slightly the pitch goes down only a little,do that to any CDJ's which have digital distortion i bet ya it wont work as genuine as vynils
Nah, he's still quite safe, cause his master is correctly limited, yet his channels could use a bit of finetuning with the gain, but it is not yet harmfull to this mixer
its a easer way of mixing uncool m8 get propper dj deks keep records alive its cd that is killing them thers no scill involed i hav both and nevver use cd ever i rather lob it out my window than use them KEEP RECORDS ALIVE DONT CHEAT ITS MENT TO BE SKILL FULL CD MIXING IS SHIT
This cd vs. vinyl is so last millenium. Cd:s are here to stay. End of story. It's like comparing guitar to drums. You can play music with both of them, but just different way. Good mix is good mix. No matter is it done with vinyl or cd. Only noobs with no real experience are still continuing the fight. Good dj plays with any available equpment.
nothin wrong with ''old fashioned'' vinyl is still used for styles like hardcore, hardstyle and house. lazy fucks like you who can't mix with vinyl use cd's

JOEISWELLGAY 2 years ago
depends on how much hes speakers can take ;)
watchingyourvid 2 years ago
Not really. The signal gets distorted when the levels are in the red, so it's distorted before it even reaches the speakers
JOEISWELLGAY 2 years ago
Agree. Can generally allow one red bar but you really wanna keep volumes as low as possible, otherwise the gain's too high and it'll distort.
