  • So how would they do the prizes today? Would it be, like $1M in cash and prizes like "Chance of a Lifetime"? how would that break down?

  • Thumbs up, if you are watching this in full-screen, and you get worried that your VCR is going to eat this tape.

  • what was the name of the last song that played when the last second ticked off the clock?

  • @dtrinc its the one after that there was still one second left and it played another song

  • @floridaman2000 yeah, I realized that after typing the comment... Didn't recognize it myself...

  • @floridaman2000 I believe it's "What Kind of Fool am I" by Anthony Newley

  • @JepMasta i checked it and it sounds very close to it thank you so much :)

  • they never show the final scores even if the round is over.

  • @jackape1 Unless it's ended in a tie.

  • @gshowguy that is what i was thinking too.

  • what is the name of the song that played at the end when the last second ticked off the clock??

  • WHAT A FUN CONFETTI/BALLOON DROP! Very New Year's Eve-esque.

  • @wheelingtunnel I've always thought they went a wee bit overboard with how much confetti they dropped on this version...

  • @gshowguy Kind of like how the Gong Show was with Chuck Barris in a sense--either too much or too little :-) !

  • Is he so small or she so big? O.o Great match. :) Thanks for uploading. They don't make shows like that anymore...

  • @Xar0mir Yes.

  • LOL 4:27

-IT'S NOT DONE YET! Hold your screams!

    :-D

  • @HomeoftheGoodGuys I'll help you with the prize list: An RCA entertainment center, a Schafer & Sons grand piano, 1 week Timeshare Condo (for life) in Palm Springs (Las Brisas/Desert Breezes Resort), His/Hers Jules Jurgensen Watches, Costa Cruise to the Caribbean, a Pontiac Fiero, a Diamond/Emerald pendant, and $10,000 in cash.

  • I agree that was a great episode, Mike I hope you post it up soon

  • yeah I remember fee plugs being aired on USA when they aired NTT. come to think of it USA did aired game shows better than GSN and FAM combined

  • Got Confetti?

  • Unique clock.

  • @the69chevykid It's a throwback to the original clock used on Kennedy's $100,000 Name That Tune used from 1976-1978.

  • If this episode is from The Family Channel, then they edited those out and they were never shown. If it was aired on USA, then the production company edited it out on the original broadcast.

  • The Family Channel butchered game shows that aired during that time. They did it to Let's Make A Deal as well. Also they cut out fee plugs on Face The Music as well. USA showed game shows as they aired originally. Fee & ticket plugs included.

  • It was more time for commercials. FAM didn't speed up game shows like GSN does now. So instead of that, FAM just (in my opinion) Butchered the mess out of them. Some edits would never have been noticed to the naked and non fanatic eye, like fee and ticket plugs. Others were quite obvious to even the casual viewer.

  • my guess time problems nick
