This game obviously suffered from an anemic budget. There were a total of like.... 10 enemy models? And they just changed color as you progressed through the game. :P The story was good though!

Slowdown? I've had the PS2 version for years and finished it a couple of times, and I don't remember any "horrible" slowdown. Yes, there were slowdowns in some parts, but it wasn't too bad.
Worse problem is the texture jitter in the PS2 version, but after a while you get used to that.

Fantastic game, its one drawback was ist tendency to cut off past areas from you, but it helps the story.

If you can't get it for Dreamcast, get it for PC - the PS2 version suffers from horrible slowdown in certain cities.
