I know what weight is and I never said anything about weight, in air weights fall at different rates, the force may be the same but the air resistance will be different that is how a parachute works. in a vacuum any object will fall at the same rate as there is no resistance, as for the lander pads they did sink in to the moon dust, but as it was only about 2 inches deep that was a far as it would go, and they could not lift up the pad to take a pic of the imprint.

We can get past the Van Allen belts. Duration of exposure passing thru the belt is only a few minutes, its an inner belt of protons, and an outer belt of electrons. PLUS, you may avoid the belts completely by leaving Earth Orbit thru a Polar orbit, since the Belts are only around the Equator.

I can't believe it's 2009 and people are STILL debating the legitimacy of the Apollo moon landings. If they faked it, why just 2 guys? Why not send a whole ship with 10 or 20 guys, with a casino and some cows and chickens? If it was fake, why all of the scientific limitations? If it was fake, then why all the hours and hours of boring checklists and technical readouts?
the fact is 99% of those nasa workers only saw what you saw only a few knew the truth and dont say it could'nt be kept secret some people were snuffed thats enough to keep mouths shut and only recent have we found out about magicians secrets after 100s of years do you really think governments dont keep secrets to keep the masses under control?
The level of reasoning and the sheer lack of basic scientific knowledge of the conspiracy theorists is scary. To think that some of them are allowed to vote and drive cars is even scarier. If they will take the time to educate themselves (by reading books, not by watching YouTube) on the specifics of the entire space program, they will find the conspiracy theories pretty funny.
One book may lie, but dozens of books, written by dozens of different people, compiled from interviews with thousands of people, usually don't lie. An Apollo conspiracy would have involved many thousands of people keeping a huge secret for 45 years, which totally defies human nature and common sense.

One of the funniest conspiracy theories I have seen is the "unnatural and unrealistic glow" around some surfaces which "must have been added afterwards to cover up the editing". OH GDDMN. They recently discovered that there IS Sound in space. Back in the 1970s they thought there was no sound since there is virtually no air. Thats why you dont hear the landing rocket. They figured they needed to make that part of the video without audio. BTW.. ..Just more proof it was Fake.
This video proves that it was a HOAX. In the begining. You can only hear the voice of the astronaut. Not the the landers... You WOULD Hear it if it were real! The cabin is pressurized and there are sound waves through air but nothing...nothing but a voice? This proves it was all Faked.
Ever used a headset microphone? They are explicitly designed to only pick up the sounds from the wearer. As well, while the cabin was pressurized, the moon is not and so only the sound coming through the actual structure of the craft, transfer to air, then material back again through the suits, (the fishbowl pressure suit helmets were on) and back to air, further dampening it in the process.
So, no I am not surprised you only hear the astronaut.
Head set microphone? Dude you have no idea what you are talking about. Omnidirectional or unidirectional microphone? Either one would pick up the sounds from the cabin that the landing would make.

You are not taking into account the the only source of noise is coming through walls of the LM. It's in vacuum, remember? As well, they were suited up during lunar lift off. The suits were airtight, and just as airgap between walls helps block sound, so would wearing the suits. So we have mics made to only pick up the sound from the wearers, multiple solid to air sound transfers, and surrounded by a vacuum. Can you provide a source with similar conditions that would provide what you expect?

I know what weight is and I never said anything about weight, in air weights fall at different rates, the force may be the same but the air resistance will be different that is how a parachute works. in a vacuum any object will fall at the same rate as there is no resistance, as for the lander pads they did sink in to the moon dust, but as it was only about 2 inches deep that was a far as it would go, and they could not lift up the pad to take a pic of the imprint.

This is better footage than even the best photorealistic CGI in 2010 can accomplish. And I watched each one live, as I was born in 1961. Of COURSE we went to the moon, and you can research the technology, and see it live in Florida, Texas, and in Washington DC at the Smithsonian.

Try going outside tonight, and take a photo or video of the night sky. The stars dont show up. You need a telescope, and time exposures. When you are in space, you can see BILLIONS more stars than on Earth, with the naked eye. Where is your proof that this was recorded at area 51? The lower stage of the Saturn V, designed by Werner von Braun, whose A-4 (V2) rockets DECIMATED London in the Blitz 70 years ago, had 5 main engines, that produced over 8-million pounds of thrust, and ran on Kerosene.

You can se BILLIONS more stars in space with the naked eye, just as you can see stars with the naked ey on Earth. But cameras can not show stars in the sky at night without a telescope and tiem-esposure. Try it; take a photo of the night sky right now, or video, and see if the stars show up! Hubble takes great photos of the stars because of TIME exposure and tracking. When movies o Earth are filmed, the stars do not show up either! Simple optics. With time exposure and motor-drive. Go smoke!

We can get past the Van Allen belts. Duration of exposure passing thru the belt is only a few minutes, its an inner belt of protons, and an outer belt of electrons. PLUS, you may avoid the belts completely by leaving Earth Orbit thru a Polar orbit, since the Belts are only around the Equator.

Human exploration IS POSSIBLE. But with less lies and more work. There are fundamental problems to be solved, problems that forbade BOTH Russians and Americans in the 1960s and 1970s to send anyone to the moon.
Capability of having 4meters walls would be usefull that is why all the fuss about experience gained out of ISS building and the talk about space habitats...

NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN TO THE MOON. The biggest error in this film is that they are on the LIGHT side of the moon. For this experiment they would need to be on the dark side simply because if they were on the light side the gravity would be going in the other direction and they would FALL OF THE MOON and fall back down to earth.

Its always made me laugh how all those people keep up with the argument that the moon landing was fake and completely ignore a simple action of rationality, how about 98% of the footage photographs are composited fakes due to the fact that the entire operation of going to the moon was a suicide mission, NASA did what I would have done, released some faked shit and some real deal but ultimately sent 3 men to their probable deaths, the president even had an obituary before they left the asphalt !

.....and as for microphones and rocket engines,(earlier posts complain about not hearing the LM descent engine in a vacuum) you hear the Saturn V pretty darn good from the press gallery a couple miles away at liftoff, yet the radio CAPCOM doesn't pick up any noise and the microphones on the astronauts cheeks are less than 400 feet from the rocket motors, and in an ATMOSPHERE. Sadly, I'm probably just feeding the hoaxters now, they'll say "See! It was all recorded in a studio!"

Why not send a whole ship with 10 or 20 guys, with a casino and some cows and chickens? If it was fake, why all of the scientific limitations? The level of reasoning and the sheer lack of basic scientific knowledge of the conspiracy theorists is scary. To think that some of them are allowed to vote and drive cars is even scarier. One book may lie, but dozens of books, written by dozens of different people, compiled from interviews with thousands of people, usually don't lie. An Apollo conspiracy would have involved many thousands of people keeping a huge secret for 45 years, which totally defies human nature and common sense.

One of the funniest conspiracy theories I have seen is the "unnatural and unrealistic glow" around some surfaces which "must have been added afterwards to cover up the editing". OH GDDMN. They tried to show how a feather and hammer could drop at the same time on earth but they tilted the feather pointing it down. (I guess they were hoping we wouldn't catch that) and it looked like it was plastic. If they dropped the feather exactly sideways (like they did on the moon) then it would sway. They recently discovered that there IS Sound in space. Back in the 1970s they thought there was no sound since there is virtually no air. Thats why you dont hear the landing rocket. They figured they needed to make that part of the video without audio. BTW.. ..Just more proof it was Fake.

This video proves that it was a HOAX. In the begining. You can only hear the voice of the astronaut. Not the the landers... You WOULD Hear it if it were real! The cabin is pressurized and there are sound waves through air but nothing...nothing but a voice? This proves it was all Faked.

Ever used a headset microphone? They are explicitly designed to only pick up the sounds from the wearer. As well, while the cabin was pressurized, the moon is not and so only the sound coming through the actual structure of the craft, transfer to air, then material back again through the suits, (the fishbowl pressure suit helmets were on) and back to air, further dampening it in the process.
So, no I am not surprised you only hear the astronaut.

Head set microphone? Dude you have no idea what you are talking about. Omnidirectional or unidirectional microphone? Either one would pick up the sounds from the cabin that the landing would make.

You are not taking into account the the only source of noise is coming through walls of the LM. It's in vacuum, remember? As well, they were suited up during lunar lift off. The suits were airtight, and just as airgap between walls helps block sound, so would wearing the suits. So we have mics made to only pick up the sound from the wearers, multiple solid to air sound transfers, and surrounded by a vacuum. Can you provide a source with similar conditions that would provide what you expect?
