You can get sand bags at the hardware store. Then you can look on expert village for a way to arrange them so when it rains your house floods.

rice sacks do work well, ive made one i sold it for a dollar because this kid didnt have one, i would have personally bought it for 5 tho. and sand ones go for 9 only because sock ones dont last as long but its ok because they are home made

you know you can make one with some rice an old sock.... just put some rice in an old sock.... leave some slack... cut off what you dont need and hand sowe it back togeather....... after you do that youll have a flat side..... pull the ends of the flat side togeather and sowe them togeather BY HAND and then it will be good enoughf to play hacky sack...... and i prefure rice in my hacky sacks, i just obsorbs more energy and makes it more bounce and conforming at the same time

He forgot to mention chain mail bags, also most bean / ect. foot bags come with plastic bags inside them with the beans inside that you need to remove / break the plastic inside. Most people take too many beans out so I don't recommend taking any out, just breaking it in, playing with it in the rain then grinding it under your foot against the pavement breaks it in nicely
