On some places there is a frog, called Cyclos, inside a cyclone. Shoot him down with the bow & arrow. If you did then he'll teach you the song.

I got all the statue and got the hideen jar but I still havent gotten knuckles yelling at Tingle when i go to outset island, anyone know what I'm supposed to do =x

so its true you need the gameboy to get a pictograph of knukle? that sucks!

No, it doesn't suck. It's rather quite innovative. All you have to do is dig up your Gameboy Advance or Gameboy Advance SP and the connection cable to the Gamecube.
