You do realise that the gospels were written in Greek? The early church seemed to feel the name Jesus or Iēsoûs was fine for people to call upon the saviour.
What we have of the "original" texts may or may not be the originals, but translations of originals. Also, His Name was and is not "Jesus" or "Iesous", so I will call Him by His Real Name, and not rebuke any who have not come into such knowledge, and abide in ignorance. You need to consider there are no vowel values in ancient Hebrew so the spelling would probably look something like this YHSH. four sounds Y yah, H hu, S shu, H aah . The word or name Jesus is only about 300 years old. But at the end of the day its about intent. are you intending to call upon the son of YHWH the messiah or something else. We cant all speak Hebrew or Greek.

Looking at Yhvh, when we add the vowel points of e, as in Yehveh or Yeheveh, we have it say 'HE WILL BE' which is basically the same thing as I WILL BE. This is the most proper way to say his name.

The name is JESUS. The Greek is inspired word for word. There is NO ATTEMPT by the Holy Spirit of God to transliterate the Hebrew name, he wrote Ἰησοῦς' (Iēsous), or Jesus. It is therefore obviously divine permission to write the name in your own tongue, when you add to this that the HOLY SPIRIT also wrote "Theos" and "Kurios" or Lord and God, no attempt to put YHWH. Honestly, the only way the confusion about the proper pronunciation will end is when the Messiah returns to reign for 1,000 years. This will be one of my first inquiries.

Yes, there was not "J" sound in Hebrew, but what you fail to point out is that the "J" sound was pronounced as "Y" sound in the English language which has the same sound as the Hebrew letter "yod" Also, you fail to account that not all languages have the same sounds. If you had any real knowledge of Biblical languages, and how languages work you'd know this rather than misleading people with your superficial knowledge.

i felt like you felt regarding names of the Deliverer...Jesus, being one. Only i felt compelled to change my mind after finding out that this particular name contains the Latin term for SWINE = SUS. After i discovered this, i quit using that name altogether. Why on earth would i want to call my Savior a name containing this term? In Greco/Roman terms, this name essentially means 'earth swine.'
i am finished with this name, but i will not disrespect others who use it, because of my duty to LOVE.

The reality is that יה (yood-heh) can be pronounced as yah, yeh, or yih and the וה (vav-heh) can be pronounced as wah or weh, depending on where the combination is placed. The only sure way of knowing how to pronounced the eternal Creator's name is when the Messiah returns and begins His 1,000 year reign. Until then, be gentle with people that don't pronounce יהוה precisely as you believe.

You need to consider there are no vowel values in ancient Hebrew so the spelling would probably look something like this YHSH. four sounds Y yah, H hu, S shu, H aah . The word or name Jesus is only about 300 years old. But at the end of the day its about intent. are you intending to call upon the son of YHWH the messiah or something else. We cant all speak Hebrew or Greek.

I have just found out about Timothy and the prophecies he's written down and I am afraid he also has some misunderstanding of the Scriptures. I mean, is it only you who think Yahushua is God or does him, Timothy, believe it also? in 1994 I called upon the Holy One Of Yisrael, and I called Him Jesus then. Some time after that year, a few years later I learned what this Brother is teaching in this video and I walked in it. This is how we walk in truth.
One of the first major truths I followed was keeping the 7th day sabbath because I wanted to please the Father. This was the greatest blessing for following the Fathers instruction.

YH is short for YHVH. The Y of YH is the first letter of YHVH and the H of YH is the last letter of YHVH. You can say it either as YaH or Yeh, makes no difference whatsoever.

Now concerning the name of God. In Exodus 3:14 EHYEH is used and EHYEH is in the qal imperfect which means it goes into the future, thus 'I WILL BE.' Looking at Yhvh, when we add the vowel points of e, as in Yehveh or Yeheveh, we have it say 'HE WILL BE' which is basically the same thing as I WILL BE. This is the most proper way to say his name.
Don't bother arguing about YaH cause the vowel point is added to pronounce it.
