If you found code, you have this code card in your attachments on the map under M key.
Landing zone is safe, so securing LZ is just disembarking from chopper.
Secure military base task is always completed by AI and you don't have to do anything with this task its just not your task :)
If you done disarming you entering chooper and flying to AAA site. You can try to kill 3 enemy SU25s but this is nearly impossible, but don't worry, its not required to complete mission!
Little tips for others who are trying to complete this mission:
Go closer to mine and cover behind rocks then open fire, first you opening fire, when enemies start shooting, give your guys order to open fire.
Be as fast as possible.
Guy with code to bomb is in room near URAL trucks, sometimes hes dead. In same room is briefcase with detonation controller, you must enter code on keyboard.
