has anyone noticed that Flintoff is like the greatest bowler in the game faster than any other bowler and he also bats better than Tendulkar? and Watson has poor placement ability. that is one thing i hate about this game. Flintoff is highly overrated in real life and in the game he is God-like. whenever i play against England i make sure i don't lose any wickets to Flintoff and I score heavily off off him so as to destroy whatever stats (which aren't so great anyway) he has.

@oiyou15 aw C'mon ! Flintoff is good alright. no doubt. But he did really well in a few matches during a couple of matches during the Ashes '05 or '07 I think; not too sure right now myself. But my lack of memory of the awesomeness of Flintoff just goes to show how overrated he is. Total lack of consistency. And my comment was just regarding this game where they made him God-like. Anyway, I like Freddie boy myself and do feel that he didn't accomplish as much as he should have.

@stylezofom Yeah he is good, I think the reason for his inconsistency is his whole career was riddled with injuries which is a shame tbh, I think if he was fit for 8/10 games he would have been better, but a good career no doubt. Having said that, did you no that Ashes 2005 was dubbed as "Freds test" thats how good he did.

its a fun game actually, u have to edit the names if you want the whole atmosphere, but you get to play on the front or back foot or you can let it choose itself, you can do the flick over your shoulder and the scoop by leaving your bat there, may not be intended, but it is effective. Overall its better than all the slamming on it here, worth buying

Why do people think developers don't know how to make a Cricket video game? Codemasters has made the best video game incarnations of Cricket, as exemplified in the early Brian Lara Cricket series. EA did an average job, but Codemasters knew about control precision.

Guys, if you complain about the inconsistant difficulty, go and play multiplayer. You will have a vastly different gaming experience. The game is still quite fun, particularly on the wii with the very authentic controls. They actually did a good job with the controls this time on that platform.
