Most will be reelected. Most voters don't know what Legislation their congress member has sponsored and championed.
Voters should review and approve the work of their congress member at My-Representative (dot) org

The filibuster is fine as long as Rep.s actually have to stall for time by making speeches and not just threatening to make long speeches. I doubt even half the people filibustering would do so if they actually had to talk for hours.
