yeah right, they' exaggerate too much, and WTVJ (from my perspective at least) delivers the most important news quickly as soon as it happens... but if you like WSVN, go ahead and watch it...
What it's saying is that that's not true. Like I said, I don't have anything against you, watch WSVN all you like, who's stopping you? Also, I'm not saying WSVN is bad, their good, actually, but in my opinion not as good as WTVJ.
*KXAS went HD with these graphics, but I've heard they look pretty bad on an HD set...NBC is eventually going to have the O&Os move to the WNBC graphics package as they transition to HD.
noooo, WNBC uses the graphics package all the O&Os use to use, WNBC is behind. Look around more at WTVJ videos on YouTube, they used the same packaged WNBC uses now for awhile up until last year.
Well I was actually talking about the HD version of the WNBC package (modified in-house, who knows?) WTVJ did use their old package, so I can't really see them going back either.
Actually, WNBC was the first station to use the graphics that were on WTVJ up till 2005 (the graphics were created in 2003). Other stations, such as KNTV (which still uses the graphics), WPMI, WVTM, didn't use the package until 2004.
The 90s intros are so much better IMO, especially back during the switch from 4 to 6.

WTVJ is the worst rated station in the market, even after foreign language stations, and thats really saying something.

Ok, well South FL disagrees with you.

Yeah well, "South FL" has always loved flashy effects over actual news.
