Only bad thing is, you are slow in bringing the kick back in, this leaves you vulnerable and off balance. Speed isn't only about how fast you get in out, but also how fast you bring it back in.

Needs to throw the WHOLE kick...THEN change direction...not that there's any point in changing direction, except for the different camera views maybe.

thats really not good for the knee joints, or tendons in your legs, because it puts extra strain on them and you can wreck them for life if you do that.

that way u train ur hand-speed. this type of training is much better than te regular push-ups witch u usuallay just go up and down in the same speed.
and, for the legs. if you train with weights, you could use kneebends (sry, dont know what it is in eng), for instance do 3x3 reps. that way you will become more explosive, and therefor faster.
i think you're thinking about hamstrings..those are muscles, not tendons...tendons arent muscles..tendons are tendons, theyre not only in your legs but on every muscle connected to every bone in the body

second is let the air out 2 wice for the 3 strikes
third is to let the air out once for the 3 strikes

try stretching your tendons
they are the muscles on the back of your upper/lower legs.
just stand on 1 foot put the other on a high platform and try to reach for your toes
hold for 1 minute and ull feel like you can kick the heavans,
