  • I've never seen it with the first grip thumb in... this seems like it would be a more effective grip from the mount than fingers in thumb out. Cool.

  • Ive done this in a real fight,No Gi (duh) and I stood high on my mount to avoid face swings,and just tucked my head in,and went right in it,and My friends broke us up,but he was gagging when i got off. This does work. Train smart when you roll act as if it was a real fight,dont be tense.

  • @yeee941 i dont treat rolls as a fight...a lot of accidents can happen when people roll over 50%
