Well you def. play it with more feel and correct dirty bends than most! Too many play this stuff too safe. You gotta get wild and uncontrolled on those bends and really give her in a different way than a lot of metal or rock stuff. Way to play with some feel for the tune!
that was amazing and thanks for the nostalgia!! i dont konw why sp doesnt play this song anymore..is full of power..once again..thanks...great work on the solo...what gear did u use on this one? see u bro!
Awesome solo, even the sound is spot on, E chord chorus is open e , a string at 11th fret d string on 14th. I bought an Eventide just to play the live solo and a whammy pedal to dive bomb the harmonies. The chromatic part starts on a low part of a wah pedal and gradually tips to the treble as the notes get higher. Then it hits dive bombed harmonies and then to octaves. But that studio solo you did was pure evil, were you possesed when you played that?
Good to know, thanks. There are some glaring issues with my solo, which wouldn't have come out too bad if i didn't accidentally delete the right channel for the backing track. But i guess that way you can hear my guitar a little better. Plus by that time it was the 4th or 5th take and i was starting to get worn out.
About the chorus, i figure there are two guitar parts playing. One is playing an Gb to Ab octave slide, the other is just a openish E5 chord. I chose to play the latter.
man you can sure tear it up man

did you have to put 500k pots in there for the Seymour duncan jb?
wankmaster 3 years ago
Good question. I'm not sure what's in there right now.
jazztickets 3 years ago
yeah but how do you make the sound also i like your tone what guitar/amp is that-- i can see its a strat type with single-coil humbucker in bridge
and where can i find a tab for the solo-- having trouble making the artificla harmonics in it
wankmaster 3 years ago
he isnt only using a guitar and amp he is using pedals also
jimmyguitarman 3 years ago
how do you make sound in beginning? and how did you learn solo
i like
wankmaster 3 years ago
The beginning is how they play it live.
