@Hektas Circle of eternity and 13 more songs are part of some kind of a score for a "mini book" called "The five seasons of kiRite" that was written by Masato Kato; he has worked in Square's titles like Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Xenogears, FF VII and others.

They are good friends.

This is sooooo beautiful I think I will mark like, cause yasunori is sooo awesome. Than they click and realized they hit the dislike. "Nooooooo, I am gonna go to hell now" :D It can not be undone. Maybe youtube should give the option of taking it back.

My friend once said "Uematsu is a master of composition, and Mitsuda a master of Arrangement." I find I agree, Mitsuda's compositions seem almost simple at times compared to other works, and Uematsu sometimes feels to limit his work with rudimentary arrangement. But I think in keeping to their limitations, they stay true to their styles as artists. So I think what they lack in sophistication, they make up for in magic.

Mitsuda was in fact a sound composer under Uematsu during the FFVI era, when Squaresoft (now square-enix) was making Chrono Trigger, Mitsuda asked to make the music, and Uematsu, recognizing his talent gave the go ahead. He ended doing one of the best vg sound tracks. After that, Xenogears and Chrono Cross were just sublime.

Chrono trigger set the bar so high it's going to take some genius and a lot of luck to eclipse it. The storyline alone makes me want to keep playing over and over again because it's that good, every character is so dynamic and endearing to the player that it's hard to choose between them sometimes.

Yasunori Mitsuda won soundtrack of the year for Xenogears going up against the Final Fantasy 7 soundtrack. Xenogears not only (in my opinion) has the best music for a game, it also is the best game I ever played. ^_^

Most of the tracks are some kind of ambient songs but there are great instrumental pieces like this one and "Nocturne", is also great. And there are sung songs like Is "Kirite Burning Up?"

Mitsuda san never wrote a complete score on Kirite. Many was improvised by the musicians as Mitsuda san wrote general instructions.
